Q: Does Vivrant Thing Designz offer refunds? 
A: Vivrant Thing Designz does not offer refunds on any

of our handcrafted merchandise, especially drinkware.

All sales are final.

 

Q: Does Vivrant Thing Designz offer customization?
A: Yes! Vivrant Thing Designz offers customizations on all of our products.

We can work with you to design the perfect keepsake.

Q: Is shipping included in the cost of the product? 
A: Shipping is not included in the cost of the product.

Shipping costs will be calculated upon checkout.

Care Instructions for Tumblers
- HAND WASH ONLY! Do not soak or wash in dishwasher.
- DO NOT freeze or microwave your tumbler.
- Keep away from abrasive and harsh detergents/chemicals.

NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Due to the handmade nature of the product, small imperfections are bound to happen every now and then. I will always do my best to avoid them, however handmade products will not come out perfect every time and it is impossible to avoid them all around.

 If you are needing to cancel your order, it must be done within 24 hours of purchase.

We appreciate your business and want to keep you informed your order. As soon as your package is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can track its progress. Please note that once the package is shipped, we are no longer responsible for it. Thank you for choosing us!
